The Gemini 3 Group is currently seeking multiple Program Analysts to directly support programs within the Product Management Office Tactical Communication Systems (PdMO TCS). Program Analysts will support the planning, coordinating and execution of the cost, schedule and performance aspects of acquisition program efforts.  This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Participates in the implementation of DoD Acquisition and Life-Cycle Management policies and procedures
  • Assists in preparing, reviewing, and revising acquisition documentation
  • Provides input to risk identification; develops risk mitigation strategies, and reports and tracks risks within the Risk Management Plan framework
  • Helps to prepare agendas, presentation materials, and participate in Risk Working Groups, Risk Review Boards, and Risk Advisory Boards
  • Assists in meeting planning, developing meeting agenda, capturing meeting minutes and action items
  • Tracks action items to completion and ensure posting of appropriate documents to the PdMO TCS sites to include TOPIC and VIPER
  • Uploads, organizes, and maintains documentation located on data repository systems with project documentation, calendars, meeting information, and other acquisition related documentation
  • Facilitates milestone planning by preparing, reviewing, and updating technical briefing materials and documentation
  • Facilitates, updates, and analyzes Probability of Program Success assessments
  • Supports and prepares agendas and briefing slides for meetings and conferences. Captures minutes and action items
  • Participates in the development of reports and measures to track program cost, schedule and performance progress
  • Gather and analyze requirements for each individual system, review system baseline documentation, prioritize requirements and develop/or update POM initiatives and justification statements within PdMO TCS
  • Coordinates the activities to develop, analyze, and tracks program deliverables
  • Reviews and provides recommended responses to all applicable Taskers
  • Follows established procedures and provides creative input on new approaches and courses of action
  • Maintains regular work attendance
  • Obtains and maintains any security clearances, status or licenses required by client to perform work
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
  • Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Proficiency in DoD Acquisition and Life-Cycle Management policies
  • Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information
  • Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Required Education and Experience:
  • BS/BA in business, engineering, or a related field.Positions require minimum of 0-6 years of related experience
  • Experience supporting Marine Corps Systems Command
  • DAWIA Level II certification in Program Management or civilian equivalent
