The Gemini 3 Group is currently seeking multiple Logistics Analysts to directly support programs within the Product Management Office Tactical Communication Systems (PdMO TCS). Logistics Analysts will provide support to PdMO TCS, in accordance with Marine Corps and DoD policies and processes.  This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Monitor readiness of systems and equipment and perform technical and cost evaluations based on historical data of fielded systems
  • Develop initiatives for reducing logistics-related total ownership cost and improve materiel readiness
  • Perform DMSMS analysis to identify and mitigate risks and issues that may result in extended long lead times, non-availability of supplies or parts, or system/part obsolescence
  • Research, analyze, validate, and input data into the Logistics Requirements Funding Summaries (LRFS)
  • Research, analyze potential Depot Sources of Repair (DSOR), and draft DSOR recommendation letters for Government review and approval
  • Assist in establishing New Equipment Training (NET) scheduling  briefs and training aids (computer-based training, quick reference cards, and surrogate development)
  • Draft, review, and revise LORA reports for Government review and approval
  • Review technical manuals and instructional-type publications for content, accuracy and format; provide comments/recommendations for changes
  • Review, monitor, and analyze Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)
  • Participate as a member of an equipment fielding team by coordinating all fielding efforts, traveling to fielding locations, and participating in the inventory and issue process
  • Monitor readiness of systems and equipment, making recommendations or outlining strategies to improve readiness rates
  • Analyze the product support strategy for specific programs in the O&S phase and draft summary reports with recommendations for improvements
  • Perform quarterly TFSMS reviews and updates to ensure MCSC-responsible data fields are current
  • Execute Table of Equipment Change Requests (TOECR) to complete or update TSFMS data fields
  • Maintains regular work attendance
  • Obtains and maintains any security clearances, status or licenses required by client to perform work
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
  • Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Proficiency in DoD Acquisition and Life-Cycle Management policies
  • Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information
  • Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Required Education and Experience:
  • BS/BA in business, engineering, or a related field.Positions require minimum of 0-6 years of related experience
  • Experience supporting Marine Corps Systems Command preferred
  • DAWIA Level I certification in Lifecycle Logistics or civilian equivalent preferred
