The Gemini 3 Group is currently seeking multiple Financial Analysts to directly support programs within the Product Management Office Tactical Communication Systems (PdMO TCS). Financial Analysts will support financial data reporting, analysis, status reporting and funds tracking for assigned programs.  This position is contingent on contract award.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Assist with financial reporting to include developing financial slides, charts, and graphs, and drafting weekly financial execution summaries and monthly reports
  • Assist with financial data analyses by extracting and performing quality control of current and historical Planning, Programming, and Budgeting Execution (PPBE) data from multiple financial management databases, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Review and analyze financial data and summarize the assessment of program performance impacts on financial performance in a weekly summary report for Government review and approval
  • Retrieve Status of Funds (SOF) and Active File Data Element Reports from ReportNet, SABRS, and other financial systems/databases as required
  • Track issues related to unobligated and un-liquidated funding of TCS programs in preparation for Tri-Annual reviews
  • Track commitments, obligations, and liquidation status, and record the status of each in financial reporting systems
  • Check for and resolve anomalies/discrepancies between PdMO TCS reporting and SABRS figures
  • Track the creation, approval, distribution, and administration of funding documents in PR Builder
  • Develop spend plans, Program Execution Plans (PEP), Obligation Phasing Plans (OPP), budget spreadsheets, financial planning documentation, and Procurement Request (PR) packages
  • Draft, review, and update commitment, obligation, liquidation, audit, and closeout documents to complete tasks associated with each phase of the funding document lifecycle
  • Review and update PdMO TCS Financial Management (FM) program documents, PMR briefs, and Budget Execution Leadership Team (BELT) briefings
  • Analyze current and historical PPBE data in various financial data systems for any issues that require resolution
  • Maintains regular work attendance
  • Obtains and maintains any security clearances, status or licenses required by client to perform work
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
  • Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information
  • Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Required Education and Experience:
  • BS/BA in business, finance, economics or a related field.Positions require minimum of 0-6 years of related experience
  • Experience supporting Marine Corps Systems Command preferred
