The Gemini 3 Group is seeking a Program Analyst to support a valued Marine Corps customer. The Program Analyst will support the planning, coordinating and execution of the cost, schedule and performance aspects of acquisition program efforts. 
Essential Job Functions:
  • Create, track, and manage document staffing.
  • Assists in preparing, reviewing, and revising acquisition documentation.
  • Develop and revise briefings (programmatic and command reporting).
  • Track meeting attendance, action items and relevant discussions during all program meetings.
  • Record meeting minutes for government approval.
  • Develop, capture and manage programmatic risks.
  • Review, update and track mitigation for programmatic risk.
  • Follows established procedures and provides creative input on new approaches and courses of action.
  • Reviews and provides recommended responses to all applicable taskers.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
  • Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at one time.
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized, able to manage priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Effective proofing and quality assurance capabilities to include excellent spelling and grammar and familiarity with military correspondence and competency-specific document formats/templates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
  • Proficiency in Project Recon.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat (forms, signatures).
  • Proficiency in SharePoint – document management and workflows.
  • Proficiency in Outlook.
    Required Education and Experience:
  • BS/BA in business, engineering, or a related field. Position requires minimum of 1-4 years of related experience.
  • Experience supporting Marine Corps Systems Command.
  • Obtains and maintains any security clearances, status or licenses required by client to perform work.
