Job Summary/Purpose:
The Gemini 3 Group is seeking a Program Manager to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
  • Responsible for schedule and technical performance, as well as organizing, directing, and coordinating the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned deliverables.
  • Responsible for contractual deliverables, development of responses, and overall task execution.
  • Responsible for the quality control of all work performed, ensuring all deliverables meet requirements and are delivered on time. 
  • Supervise, coach, and lead work teams in the accomplishment of goals and tasks in support of the customer.
  • Perform and supervise multi-disciplinary technical and/or non-technical tasks.
  • Serve as senior level customer interface and point of contact.
  • Develop required technical and management documentation in support of customer technical and programmatic reviews.
  • Administrative supervision of personnel to include timecard approval, performance review generation, and personnel awards as well as resolution of employee relations matters.
  • Accountable for G3G executive leadership on performance of programs and pursuit efforts.
  • Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

  • Strong people, leadership, communication and customer handling skills with the ability to establish excellent internal and external customer relationships.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information.
  • Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills, decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DoD communication standards, government statues, and regulations.

Required Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a management, technical, or science field.
  • Eight (8) years of experience in the sustainment warfighting function.
  • Experience working with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process.
  • Management/supervisory experience with knowledge in cost estimating and work breakdown structure.  
  • Active DoD Secret clearance.
  • PMP preferred, but not required.
