THE POSITION
Goldberg Segalla LLP has an immediate opportunity for an associate to join our Business and Commercial practice group in our New York City office.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified candidates will be admitted to practice in New York, have 3+ years of experience with contract drafting and negotiation, dispute resolution, writes effectively and thinks strategically.
THE BENEFITS
The annualized salary range for this position is $85,000-$165,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses and a full benefits package. With decades of experience handling complex disputes for businesses, executives, investors, financial institutions, and nonprofits—often across multiple jurisdictions—we know how to navigate even the toughest cases.
