ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Receive and sort incoming mail including legal documents, correspondence, and other relevant materials.
- Scan documents and ensure the quality and accuracy of scanned images.
- Print outgoing mail requests utilizing various shipping methods.
- Post mail using the firm’s postage machine and deliver mail to the post office.
- Assist with print production projects such as creating and preparing trial materials.
- Distribute mail to the appropriate recipients within the firm.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Assist in all other office duties assigned, including filing and saving documents for the appropriate file.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:
- Associate’s degree or relative experience in an office environment.
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to work independently within general guidelines and minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Regularly required to clearly communicate and exchange information in English
- Regularly required to observe and assess data and documents, in printed form and on computer screens
- May be requested to work beyond normal work hours and weekends for special projects
Benefits:
The hourly rate range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers a full benefits package.
