Litigation Attorney (Denver, CO)

POSITION SUMMARY:  

The Firm is looking to expand its First Party Property Practice to Colorado. This position will manage all aspects of a case load. As the practice develops, there will be tremendous growth opportunities to potentially have a leadership role in the Colorado office.  

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:  

• Full-time; remote with possible 12-month transition to in-office
• 5+ years of litigation experience - First Party Property Damage experience is preferred 
• Member of the Colorado Bar and in good standing 
• Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc. 
• Superb negotiation skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving 
• Team-oriented
