If you are a leader with a Human Resources background that is interested in gaining career traction by joining a incredible law firm that is expanding the footprint throughout the United States as a leader in insurance defense and coverage matters. 

The Firm is seeking someone with several years of HR knowledge and experience supporting your day-to-day work while also preparing and focusing on quarterly and annual efforts. This position will report to the HR Director and work with attorneys in the office to maintain staffing levels, prepare workflow when needed, handle any performance or behavioral issues that arise, and other HR functions as needed. 

There is travel included in the position. That will not be heavy however in emergency situations you might be asked to travel. This person will manage 3-4 offices depending on the layout the HR Director decides is best with the total personnel in the HR team.
