Dump Truck Dispatcher - Construction - Work from Home - 6PM - 4 AM / Work from Home - Pay up to 55,000 PHP (Manila, Metro Manila)

This is full time - Our starting rate is 55,000 PHP per month - 50 hrs. per week paid thru PayPal.   Must have prior experience coordinating, calling and dispatching dump trucks.

This position will require for you to work close hours with the US Based Manager 4 days a week.

Hours for the position are Manilla Time = Monday - Friday - 6 PM to 4 AM (midnight)
This is 5 days a week - 9 hours per day starting in the evening and finishing at night. 

In the US this corresponds to Monday - Friday 6 AM to 4 PM - The crews begin at 5:30 to 6 AM and complete by 2:30 to 3:00 PM (US Time Zones are 12 hours behind your time)

Goel Services performs demolition on large commercial buildings for the mechanicals in the DC - Baltimore region on the United States.   We move the volume of debris daily and every load must be optomized.

Daily Duties:
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Dispatch trucks, track performance in real time. Monitor overall demand and utilization while prioritizing work distribution.
• Be the first telephone point of contact for trucking needs.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers, operations throughout the day.
• Communicate with team members to confirm needs for the following day or week and provide logistical updates.
• Create dispatch systems to monitor and record deliveries, issues/concerns, and problem resolutions. 
• Determine types or amounts of trucks, equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required, according to work orders or specifications.
• Monitor and alert drivers and other personnel as needed of traffic problems, such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, or other hazards.
• Ensure necessary paperwork and schedules are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner; ensure drivers have collected all appropriate documentation and signatures related to delivery/pick-up.
• Perform administrative functions necessary for daily operations including, but not limited to, report creation and billing.
• Ensure all information in FieldFlo application is accurate.
• Find lowest costs freelance truckers
• Find export site to get free fill dirt delivered.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working as a truck dispatcher in similar industry.
• Strong commitment to customer service for our external and internal customers.
• Understanding of the construction industry is a plus.

SKILLS

• Proficient with MS Office, inclusive of Outlook, Excel, and Cloud integration.
• Able to schedule and organize large numbers of people quickly and efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact well with all levels within the organization.
• Ability to manage your time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable in a face-paced, deadline-oriented environment that requires complex, technical information and decision-making.
• A team player who is reliable, punctual, organized, and able to multi-task.
• Must inherently have a strong work ethic with a can-do attitude and passion for what you do.
