Gutter Gard South & Home Renovation is Atlanta's number one growing Home Improvement Company. We are seeking Call Center Representatives in our Marietta office.

Customer service experience is a must, as you will be interacting with clients on the
phones discussing our products and securing sales leads and appointments for our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Set appointments and schedule leads for our Outside Sales Reps
  • Answer calls
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Enter new customer information into the system
  • Update existing customer information
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call logs

Skills:
  • Prior experience in a call center environment 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • CRM experience 
 

Compensation:

  • Job Type: Full-time 
  • $12 an hour PLUS Commission
  • The average appointment setter can make between makes $480.00 to $700.00+ weekly with hourly and commission


Schedule:
Monday- Friday- and able to work two Saturday per month-required (day or afternoon hours available)
