Geyserville Inn is looking for a part-time front desk agent to join our team. This position could grow into a full-time role later this year. We are a privately owned company with room for growth, a safe and enjoyable workplace, and an experienced group of professionals. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the hospitality industry looking for a new assignment!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls from guests seeking general information or to make/cancel hotel reservations
  • Greet arriving guests and check out departing guests
  • Assign rooms, issue keys, collect guest billing information and payments
  • Deal with guest requests with professionalism
  • Provide limited concierge services
Requirements:
  • Experience as a front desk agent preferred
  • Customer-oriented and friendly
  • High school degree
