The Geyserville Grille is hiring for an experienced Head Chef who will work with our team of dedicated professionals to provide a friendly and memorable dining experience for our guests. The Grille is part of an intimate complex that includes the charming and recently remodeled 43-room Geyserville Inn and a beautiful vineyard-view events venue. The food at the Grille is wine country casual, upscale, serving 3 meals daily, and is popular with locals. The Inn hosts frequent small meetings and events, for which the Grille is the exclusive catering provider.
Our head chef will have the chance to assist in leading the culinary program, and the opportunity to bring creativity, leadership, and a personal touch to the entire operation. The position will include some line shifts, kitchen management, and food cost control. Your hard work will be complimented by an experienced and dedicated front-of-house service team, and a highly supportive long-term owner who is committed to bringing press recognition to the restaurant.
Top candidates will have a passion for providing the best food service possible and be recognized by both guests and team members for being a valued contributor to the establishment. Restaurant experience is required and candidates with banquet experience are preferred. Hours are full time, with weekends required.
