HAVASU LANDING CASINO
DEPARTMENT: TABLE GAMES
REPORTS TO: TABLE GAMES MANAGER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must read, fully understand and adhere to all Table Game procedures and comply with the MICS
- Responsible for creating a friendly environment at the table for the customer
- Responsible for relating to all players with courtesy, diplomacy and respect
- Ability to conduct the game according to standards set forth in the Table Games procedures for Havasu Landing Casino
- All paperwork is to be completed accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with Havasu Landing Casino policies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be age 21 or older and qualify for a gaming license
- High school diploma or GED preferred and be able to communicate in the primary language of the workplace
- Customer relations ability is essential and must be able to remain calm and maintain concentration under pressure
- Minimum of one year experience dealing in a Casino environment
- Cannot be colorblind
- Position requires standing for long periods, finger dexterity and grasping, repetitive motions, bending and reaching.
- Must be available to work any shift
- Must submit to a pre-employment drug test
