DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:     

  • Responsible for greeting and serving customers in a timely, courteous and professional manner
  • Ability to inform customers of specials, making suggestions and answering questions regarding food, beverage and service
  • Must be able to solicit food and beverage orders from customer and relays order to culinary and beverage staff
  • Must be able to communicate with culinary and beverage staff and coordinate entire station to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ability to serve courses promptly while ensuring the proper presentation
  • Monitors diners to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded and accommodates any additional requests
  • Ability to total guest check, refer customers to the cashier, or process payment for the customer
  • Assists with stocking workstation, removing soiled dishes and resetting tables
  • Any and all duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must pass pre-employment drug test and qualify for a gaming license
  • Good people skills, customer driven, sense customer needs, promote positive dining experience
  • Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours
  • Good coordination; be able to bend, kneel and have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must have prior experience as a Food Server/Waiter/Waitress
