Position: Technical Maintenance Manager

Status: Full-Time

  • Must be able to complete general maintenance work of facilities, building, grounds, and equipment including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and painting tasks
  • Ability to schedule many maintenances related responsibilities, including porters, within the Casino based on his/her technical skills, which may be the following: HVAC, mechanical, electrical, electronic controls, carpentry, plumbing or boilers or a combination of such skills
  • Must be willing to work different shifts
  • Knowledge of existing Casino building and prior experience working with neon signs very helpful
  • Must be able to repair door hinges, change filters on ventilation, heating, and air conditioning units
  • Will provide all other services as assigned
  • Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Must be age 21 or older and have a current driver’s license
  • OSHA 30 certified preferred
  • Cannot be convicted of a felony
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and qualify for a gaming license
  • Education and/or training in maintenance engineering, mechanical or electrical or equivalent experience preferred
  • Training certificate in at least two technical areas required.   (Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, boilers, or refrigeration.)
  • Must be able to read schematics and communicate in the primary language used in the workplace
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial building maintenance or facility management
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, carry and lift to 50 pounds regularly, lifting up to 200 pounds occasionally with help
  • Must be able to grasp, have good manual dexterity, and good hand-eye coordination
