DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Important attributes of any employee of the Havasu Landing Casino and Hotel, along with the official performance of duties, are personal appearance and public relations. Each employee is expected to make every effort to be well-informed about the casino, pleasant, courteous, and cooperative, and to act in a manner to command respect of co-workers and all other personnel. POSITION: BUSSER
DEPARTMENT: RESTAURANT
REPORTS TO: FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for ensuring that all tables are clean and set up neatly according to restaurant procedures
- Responsible of collecting and picking up all soiled dishes promptly from guest table
- Take soiled dishes into kitchen/dishwashing area and remove all food left over on the dishes, empty all liquids, ice, straws, etc. from drinking glasses, cups and bowls
- Assist the Hostess/Cashier in polishing and wrapping of all dining room silverware
- Assists the dishwashers when needed
- Must follow any and all reasonable requests made by management team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate or equivalent. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace (English) or 15 to 18 years old with a valid work permit.
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in length
- Must have good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
