Body Shop/Collison Center Manager (Oak Lawn, IL)

Responsibilities:

• planning and monitoring the work of body repair staff
• schedule service appointments, create repair orders
• conducting estimates and follow up with clients
• interacting with clients upon drop off/pick up of vehicles
• manage billing for customers
• ordering parts as needed for repair order and supplies for repair work
• handling insurance company questions and working with adjusters
• providing technical advice and verifying documentation of repair staff
• checking progress of repair throughout the day
   

Requirements:

• Experience with CCC One estimating software
• Previous Manager Experience is required
• 2-5 years proven results in a Collision Center setting preferred
• Understanding of insurance estimates and budgets
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Experience developing and managing third-party vendor relationships
• Goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Strong written and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required as well as clean driving record
