Finance and Sales Managers (Joliet, IL)

Hawk Auto is always looking for high performing producers with a proven track record in Auto Finance and Sales Management for our Suburb locations.

Ideal candidates will have Auto Finance and/or Auto Sales  experience, have strong closing and communication skills, and have high attention to detail.

• Previous Auto finance, Auto sales, and/or Insurance experience required
• Automotive industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required as well as proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Help customers obtain the financing they need
• Completing all of the required documentation for financing transaction
• Encourage the purchase of extra products sold by dealership
• Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
• Manage the vehicle inventory including ordering and dealer trades
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
• Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
