BDC/Internet Manager (Joliet, IL (VW))
Hawk Volkswagen of Joliet is currently looking for an experienced, professional, and motivated BDC/Internet manager.
Candidates must have superior customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to stay motivated and productive in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all BDC internet daily operations and management including the centralized call center.
- Administer CRM, including personnel changes, email templates, follow up programs.
- Design and update dealership website and social media.
- Monitor and contact internet leads from our website, dealer, manufacturer, and third party sites
- Set and confirm appointments, follow up for each shown or missed appointment
- Maintain and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly goals set by the dealership.
- Following script and guidelines set by dealership on both incoming and outbound calls.
- Maintain accurate and update website, specials, current incentives, etc.
