Work location is mostly outdoors. Noise ranges from quiet conversation level to brief periods of exposure to high noise levels from equipment. - Responsible for the daily pickup and delivery of parts and completion of related paperwork
- Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management
- Essential duties include the following:
- Load all parts in truck for required deliveries
- Match invoices for delivery to route sheet, add any invoices not listed
- Create a plan for deliveries using the most effective routes, taking into consideration traffic patterns, customer requirements and dealership instructions
- Obtain the customer signature on both the office and customer copy of the invoice
- Collect funds for any c.o.d. Parts-collecting cash instead of checks when indicated. Collect monthly payments as requested
- Make your phone available to dealership personnel or call in from every other stop. Call from every dealer you stop at. Call from your last stop
- Maintain professional appearance
- After returning to the dealership, reconcile collected funds and signed copies of invoices to route sheet and turn in to the office
- Check fluids, lights, and wipers daily. Advise management of any warning lights or evidence of mechanical problems immediately. Wash truck weekly inside and out
- Wear your seat belt at all times
- Obtain a purchase order and take your truck for required safety inspections prior to expiration
- No smoking in any company vehicle or on company property

Work Requirements:
- Must be able to speak, read and write English and possess good communication skills
- Must have a Class B CDL to drive a 26' box truck
- Must have a clean driving record in order to be insured
- D.O.T. Certification required
- Overnight shift (11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.)
