Hawk Chevy Cadillac of Joliet is seeking a Used Automotive Sales Manager to join their large volume multi-brand dealership team. If you have a proven track record of success and are focused on increasing gross profits while enhancing customer retention then this position is for you!
You must be able to and have a passion for:
- Structuring deals & working with customers
- Holding people accountable
- Setting standards and accomplishing goals
- Working one on one with sales associates
- Ensure that the dealership meets its new and used vehicle sales quotas and its objectives on a daily, monthly, and annual basis, by personally getting involved.
- You will be expected to accomplish sales objectives through planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing the activities of the new and pre-owned vehicle sales departments and achieving 100% Customer Service.
- Must have at least 5+ years of experience as Sales Manager in a car dealership
- Great communication skills
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager, preferably in Pre-Owned/Used
- Experience with bank finance
- Knowledge of CRM and DMS systems
