Hawk Chevy Cadillac of Joliet is seeking a Used Automotive Sales Manager to join their large volume multi-brand dealership team. If you have a proven track record of success and are focused on increasing gross profits while enhancing customer retention then this position is for you!

  • Setting standards and accomplishing goals
  • Working one on one with sales associates

Job Summary:

  • Ensure that the dealership meets its new and used vehicle sales quotas and its objectives on a daily, monthly, and annual basis, by personally getting involved.
  • You will be expected to accomplish sales objectives through planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing the activities of the new and pre-owned vehicle sales departments and achieving 100% Customer Service.

Required Experience

  • Must have at least 5+ years of experience as Sales Manager in a car dealership
  • Great communication skills
  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager, preferably in Pre-Owned/Used
  • Experience with bank finance
  • Knowledge of CRM and DMS systems

This is a management position
