DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and upkeep of soiled dishes, utensils, pots and pans
  • Maintain work station in a neat, clean and orderly manner
  • Practice proper sanitation in compliance with health regulations
  • Report any equipment malfunctions to the Manager
  • Must follow any and all reasonable requests made by management team
  • Any and all other duties as assigned
  • Cleans floors and mats

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace
  • Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in length
  • Good people skills; work well with staff and be a team player, and take direction
  • Must qualify for a gaming license.
  • Must have good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel frequently and have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
