Casino Gift Shop Cashier
Status:             Permanent/ Part-Time

•    Must work weekends, nights and holidays
•    Responsible for the highest standard of customer service including greeting customers, establishing a
relationship with customers, and enrolling customers in the casino/slots club
•    Must ensure the highest standard of customer service is maintained at all times, anticipate customer
needs and requirements and promote a congenial environment
•    Use diplomacy, patience and control when dealing with a dissatisfied customer and refer any unresolved disputes to the Shift Manager at the earliest opportunity
•    Responsible for Cash drawer balance
•    Have knowledge of all promotions including both current and pending
•    Any and all duties as assigned
•    Must be 21 years or older
•    Must qualify for gaming license
•    Cannot be convicted of a felony
•    High School Diploma or GED preferred
•    Experience with POS system helpful
•    Must be able to communicate in the primary language of the workplace (English)
•    Previous Customer Service position (i.e. retail and sales) and data entry
•    Must have a positive outlook and like to work in a team environment
•    Must be comfortable approaching people, speaking with strangers and able to calmly and effectively handle conflict and problem solve during high conflict situations
•    Requires being on your feet most of the shift; walking, bending, repetitive motions, reaching, sitting, standing, finger dexterity
•    Must pass a pre-employment drug test
