This is a temporary, time limited grant-funded position for the Texans Recovering Together Crisis Counseling Program (CCP).

The CCP Administrative Assistant will provide detailed and ongoing administrative support to the CCP Program Manager and the CCP team for all administrative tasks related to the Texans Recovering Together Crisis Counseling Program.

Essential Functions:
  • Provides administrative support including but not limited to collecting data forms, ordering supplies, answering phone calls, photocopying, emailing CCP information and filing;
  • Assist in scheduling events and related activities;
  • Assists in planning meetings for the CCP team;
  • Assists Project Manager in collecting and analyzing data and reporting data to the state;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Essential Functions

  • Excellent written communication  and computer keyboarding for inputting clinical documentation
  • Knowledge of office practices and administrative procedures;
  • Skill in using personal computer application software such as, Excel, Word and Outlook;
  • Excellent verbal and telephone communication with consumers, staff, and community providers
  • Time management required to meet service goals
  • Constant travel to provide services for clients, including regional travel up to 25% of time
  • Stooping, bending, sitting, standing, and keyboarding for prolonged periods, lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to be CPR and PMAB certified
  • Valid driver's license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation required


Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Experience in clerical or administrative support work.  Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent.

Special Requirements:  
Must possess and maintain a valid Texas Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.

Hours:
Ability to work hours other than Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 to accomplish program objectives and grant deliverables.

Salary:
$25,00.60.00 Annual  $12.0192 Houlry
