The Administrative Professional is responsible for administrative and clerical support for Crisis Services,  including the organization and maintenance of confidential files. This person will also be responsible for monitoring clients awaiting crisis assessments, appropriately routing phone calls, assist with reports, and completing fee assessments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Essential Functions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with clients/families, employees, and law enforcement
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and fax/scan/copy
  • Must display excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Some local travel
  • Stooping, bending, sitting, standing, keyboarding for prolonged periods and lifting 50 pounds
  • Ability to be CPR certified
  • Valid Texas driver's license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation required. 10% local travel.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of clerical experience or experience in crisis services is preferred

Hours:
Position 312: 8AM-8PM Thursday-Saturday alternating Wednesdays 

Position 311: 8AM-8PM Sunday-Tuesday, alternating Wednesdays

Salary: $31,200 annually/$15.00 hourly
