The MH On -Call Specialist ACT Team will work directly with ACT Team clients.  May provide on-call phone coverage and medication delivery as needed on the night and weekend you are on call.  This person will need to be able to effectively communicate with ACT team clients  to ensure proper care.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent written communication  and basic computer knowledge for inputting clinical documentation
  • Excellent verbal communication with clients, staff, and community providers
  • Time management required to meet service goals
  • Travel includes 100% local to individuals in need
  • Stooping, bending, sitting, standing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to be CPR and PMAB certified
  • Valid driver's license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation required
Education and Experience
  • Must be currently employed with MHMR as a QMHP, LPHA, OR RN and complete an In-House application
  • 2 year of case management experience Preferred
Hours: After hours as needed

Salary: M-F

Non-Exempt $30.00 Weekdays,  $50.00 Weekends, $75.00  Holidays
Exempt $35 Weekdays,$125 Weekend, $150 holidays
