The Administrative Technician for the HOT Community Clinic is responsible for administrative and clerical support of the front desk,  including organizing, coordinating, and tracking of services provided by the clinic. This person greets clients, takes phone calls, maintains client records, and completes other duties as assigned by Clinical Assistant or Director.

Knowledge, Skills, and Essential Functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and telephone skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, and dependability towards Center employees, clients, and the community
  • Must display excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Stooping, bending, sitting, standing for prolonged periods and lifting up to 30 pounds
  • Works mainly in office setting with 10% of time transporting clients and other errands
  • Ability to be CPR and PMAB certified
  • Valid driver's license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation required
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year related work experience strongly preferred
Hours: 8AM-5PM M-F

Salary: $20,800 annually/$10.00 hourly

Location: 2800 Lyle Avenue, Waco
