Route Service Trainee (Eau Claire, WI)

This position is a customer services focused driving position (not a car). You will be physically active during your day. This is not an office position.

In this position, you will:

• Provide service to an existing customer base
• Provide solutions to problems at customer locations
• Develop positive relationships with customers while working in the field
• Play an instrumental role in our company’s growth
• Grow customer accounts through sales of additional products or services
• Be an expert on all Huebsch products and services
• Assist with account installations
• Work first shift Monday through Friday with the opportunity to earn Fridays off if performance standards are met

• High School Diploma
• Perform the physical duties of loading and unloading heavy floor mats many times throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL is NOT required)
