Aggregate Resource Drilling, LLC (ARD) is actively seeking dynamic Project Superintendents/Engineers to play a pivotal role in leading projects within our rapidly expanding utility-scale solar pile pre-drilling division. With over 45 years of expertise in drilling and blasting for mining and construction projects across the US, ARD is uniquely positioned to excel in the rapidly expanding utility-scale renewable energy project market. This position comes with exciting opportunities for those ready to embrace extensive travel and hands-on involvement in on-site work. Successful candidates will collaborate directly with numerous Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partners, contributing significantly to the successful execution of solar projects throughout the United States.

COMPENSATION 

  • Salary Range: $70,000-$100,000/year

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, mining engineering or civil engineering.
  • Experience: While prior project engineering/management experience is preferred, we welcome recent graduates with a strong willingness to grow and learn our industry.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively to solar projects across the United States.
  • Driver License: Valid driver’s license with a driving record that includes no more than 3 moving violations and/or chargeable accidents in the last 3 years and no DUIIs.
  • Pre-employment Requirement: Pre-employment drug test and physical (including marijuana).

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Collaborative Project Management: Works collaboratively with pre-drilling project team to ensure the successful safe and quality execution of utility-scale solar pre-drilling projects.
  • Customer Interface: Establishes and maintains positive relationships with customers, serving as a primary contact during the implementation of solar pile pre-drilling operations.
  • Communication Facilitation: Bridges the gap between on-site solar pile pre-drilling operations and our headquarters, ensuring seamless communication to meet project milestones effectively.
  • Safety: Takes a lead role in facilitating safety protocols, ensuring adherence to safety standards during solar pile pre-drilling operations. Manages documentation submittals, ensuring timely and accurate submission of project-related paperwork.
  • Quality Control: Ensures compliance with the quality control plan for solar pile pre-drilling, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Travel: Extensive travel across the United States to various project sites, focusing on solar pile pre-drilling operations, is a fundamental aspect of this role.
