Position Overview

Compensation
- Wage Range: $20-$24/hour, depending on experience.
- Full benefits package
Schedule
- Standard Shift: Monday – Friday 8am – 5:00pm.
- Work Location: Company Headquarters in Springfield, OR
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience with warehouse or inventory activities preferred
- Basic Mechanical Knowledge: Familiarity with mechanical tools and shop operations, with an understanding of general safety and handling around industrial equipment.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment on a regular basis.
- Driver License: Valid Oregon driver’s license with a driving record that includes no more than 3 moving violations and/or chargeable accidents in the last 3 years and no DUIIs.
- Pre-employment Requirement: Pre-employment drug test and physical. We conduct random drug tests and post-accident drug testing. For safety reasons, we have a zero-tolerance drug policy, including marijuana use.

Job Responsibilites
- Material Handling: Safely handles the loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, transporting, and securing of inventory materials
- Organization: Supports shop and yard cleanliness, safety, and organizational standards
- Cycle Counts: Performs accurate inventory cycle counts and transaction recording
- Supply Distribution: Fulfills daily pick tickets and distributes supplies to internal customers
- Receiving & Shipping: Processes inbound freight and performs receipt transactions
- Space Utilization: Organizes materials efficiently to maximize storage and yard space.
- Process Collaboration: Works with the Supply Chain Manager to improve warehouse and inventory control processes.
- Additional Duties: Performs other tasks as assigned to support the Field Service operations and the broader Product Support department
