AIPSO is a management organization and service provider for various insurance industry groups responsible for administering the residual market. We are a national organization that serves local customer needs. Centralization and standardization are key to many AIPSO services because of the inherent economies of scale and other efficiencies. However, our organization is based on customer focus and recognizes the need for flexibility in serving customer groups with diverse interests.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
•Assist in production of any of the following: press releases, articles, documentation, video production, publications, graphic design, profile and event photography, digitization of media assets or other duties as assigned.
•Assist in scriptwriting, storyboarding, theme development, video production, camera work, editing, and post-production work.
•Assist in developing written content, photos, and/or graphics used for public relations related projects.
•Assist in developing appropriate logos and graphic design to provide an appealing and consistent visual look and feel.
•Assist in the planning and execution of corporate seminars, events, and related campaigns.
•Organize, scan, archive, index, digitize, and consolidate analog photos, publications, media assets, archival records, and other corporate communications files as directed.
•Assist in the development of content for social media, printed materials, and special projects as assigned.
•Perform additional administrative duties as directed (including preparing presentations and documents) to support the Communication Services department.
Education
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university majoring in Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Journalism, or related field of study preferred.
Experience
This is an entry-level position. 0-1 year of related or transferable business experience or knowledge, such as that may have been gained through an internship or college coursework. Experience in use of graphic design, desktop publishing, photography, and video editing software. Experience with social media tools, story boarding and/or scripting is a plus. Familiarity with graphic design software programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Quark XPress, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia) preferred.

•Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office productivity tools (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Salary Range
$20/hour. Actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; internal equity and other conditions of employment.
