What’s the role?

The Affiliate Sales Manager, under the direction of the VP of Sales & Marketing, is primarily responsible for the development and execution of affiliate marketing strategy across a wide variety of digital channels to drive sales and engagement, generate demand, create brand awareness, and influence positive customer behavior. You’ll collaborate cross functionally with key stakeholders, lead initiatives and projects and create strategic recommendations that align with business goals.


Here's what could be included in a typical day:
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for Affiliate strategies by continually evolving best practices, managing planning and execution tools, and staying on top of emerging trends
  • Develop and drive forward Affiliate strategies and roadmaps aligned with program growth goals
  • Research, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners including social media influencers, bloggers, media outlets and e-commerce companies
  • Building and optimizing affiliate campaigns for a roster of ecommerce, B2C, and lead generation clients
  • Analyze a?liate performance and ROI, managing allocations based on performance and overall goals; partner with product teams on ways to improve new user sign up experience, and growth opportunities
  • Recommend and implement various strategies to improve key KPIs (ROI, CPA and the lead quality) to maximize a?liate performance

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCES, AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years in a Affiliate Sales Manager role required
  • Preferred experience in supplement or ecommerce industries
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relative experience required
  • Experience working in a startup environment a plus
