Position Summary
Hauptman Ham, LLP, an intellectual property law firm located in Northern Virginia, seeks experienced candidates with industry experience for its patent prosecution practice due to its rapid growth. Capability in semiconductor process and circuit technology is a must. Versatility in other technical areas is a plus.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Duties may include but not limited to:
Drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
Minimum Education/Certification
Bachelor of Science level degree required. Electrical Engineering Degree Required.
Minimum Experience
Candidates will preferably have capabilities consistent with at least 3 years of industry experience in the semiconductor field. The key attributes of a successful candidate for this position are integrity, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and outstanding writing ability.
Special Skills and Knowledge
Spoken Mandarin language capability is a plus, though not required.
