With approximately $8.6 billion in assets, located in Marlborough, Massachusetts, DCU is in search of a new Team Leader who will be an essential contributor overseeing the functional area of product and segment marketing leading a team of Product Marketing Specialists, each dedicated to a specific business line within DCU’s product/service portfolio.

The individual will be responsible for developing the cross-portfolio marketing roadmap and strategies fueling membership growth, product utilization and service consumption serving as the senior-most product marketing expert within the marketing division bringing a collaborative management style to his/her team members and senior business leadership.  As part of the duties, the role will consist of enhancing the campaign strategy, developing integrated, multi-channel marketing programs and launching new products and features for the credit union engaging the membership in all cycles of offerings.

A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or mass communication is required, plus a minimum of six years’ experience relevant experience in product marketing and product management is needed.  An entrepreneurial self-starter and critical thinking abilities are essential in this role.
