Digital Federal Credit Union, DCU, with approximately $8.6 billion in assets, located in Marlborough, Massachusetts is in search of an experienced marketing leader to oversee the day-to-day operations within specific functional areas of Media Buying, Merchandising, Direct Marketing, Personalization, and Analytics/Measurement. This individual will be responsible in building and creating future Specialists and Team Leaders dedicated to each of the specified roles within the marketing division.
This is an exciting opportunity for an incoming leader to strategically guide the execution behind all methods of marketing distribution, delivery and measurement and obtain ownership of the martech stack to include the credit union’s automation systems and data management platform.
He/she will work closely with senior marketing leaders to define the cross-channel member experience, optimizing campaign performance, and implement/expand automation technology and systems across all marketing channels within DCU.
This position will require a goal-oriented mindset and adaptability skills from a business and new opportunity perspective and be an influential leader who has confidence in working effectively with decision-makers across all levels of the credit union.
A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing advertising, operations or mass communication, plus combined experience of 8-12 years’ in a leadership role to include, web development, user experience design or digital marketing is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and macOS operating systems and expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud or comparable enterprise marketing automation systems is a requisite for the position.
