EasCorp has created an opportunity for a new leader as the Assistant Vice President, Human Resources. As a principal leader interacting with the Vice President of Human Resources, this position will be responsible for the human resources function to include payroll administration, policies, all personnel matters of current and potential employees, as well as additional administrative duties to the company and its subsidiary, Vertifi Software, LLC.
Located in Burlington, Massachusetts, the Assistant Vice President, Human Resources will coordinate all benefit programs collaborating with the Vice President and legal counsel to ensure compliance for all Human Resources activities, publications, and employee relations issues. This individual will oversee the Training Program and work with key constituents to assist in additional training and staff education in coordination with the onboarding process ensuring confidentiality in maintaining employees records per company policy.
A Bachelor’s degree, PHR or SHRM-CP Certification, or five years of related work experience in a supervisory role is required. The ability to handle confidential information with relevant expertise in state and federal employment laws and regulations is essential. Must have the ability to work with executive leaders in a partnership capacity within a business environment.
