Located in Marlborough, Massachusetts, with over $8.6 billion in assets, Digital Federal Credit Union, DCU has a new opportunity for an innovative leader to direct and manage the areas of Electronic Services, Account Services, and Operations divisions. Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, this individual will be responsible for analyzing, planning and implementing new as well as existing products and services along with enhancing existing programs that will assist the credit union in achieving and aligning the business initiatives.
This individual will bring a vision of alignment within the areas of responsibility and provide guidance through the development of new and enhanced products and services to ensure the financial services needs of DCU members/customers are reviewed and continually managed through the appropriate lines of the business.
Experience and knowledge of operational procedures with a primary focus on payment channel workflows, account opening, account maintenance, ATMs, and debit/credit card processes and disputes is required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of five years’ management experience, preferably within the financial services industry is needed.
