Digital Federal Credit Union, DCU has an excellent opportunity for a transitional and accomplished leader to manage all areas of the accounting division and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting are achieved and met in accordance with standard accounting practices and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

With over $8.6 billion in assets and located in Marlborough, Massachusetts, this individual will serve as a primary resource related to accounting resolutions and transactions while maintaining an effective working relationship cross-functionally with other divisional leaders.The Manager will bring a renewed sense of process improvement while creating efficiencies within the department. He/she will oversee the daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks and activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and performing a multitude of accounting activities that are deadline driven as part of the month-end closing process.

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minimum five years management of staff with strong project management experience is required. Five years of financial institution experience is preferred.
