With over $3.7 billion in assets, Service Credit Union has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Human Resources leader in providing strategic direction and execution of all Human Resources and Education activities which are directly aligned with the business initiatives defined by the credit union.

Located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire and reporting to the President/Chief Executive Officer, the new leader will provide expertise in the areas of succession planning, compensation, talent, change, organizational and performance management, globally. This individual will also have responsibility for the training and development team and work with executive management to establish a sound plan of management succession.

A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a minimum of 7 years of human resources leadership expertise.  Must have knowledge with state and federal laws and establishing sound internal policies and procedures.  The ability to present information to management and employees within the credit union is essential in this role. Excellent written and verbal communication is needed.
