San Diego County Credit Union has created a new role within its Real Estate Division and is in search of a Real Estate Processing Manager.  With over $8.7 billion in assets and located in San Diego, California, this individual will be a critical driver in overseeing the processing of the Credit Union’s real estate loan products according to established guidelines and secondary market standards.

In this role, the Manager will bring a collaborative and engaging leadership presence while ensuring workflow processes are maintained and accurately defined.  This individual will provide expertise in the areas of underwriting, closing, quality assurance, mortgage insurance, and compliance with Credit Union policy, state, and federal regulations. 

A minimum of five years within a real estate environment with at least two years in real estate processing and two years of a supervisory experience is required.  Demonstrated success in planning, organizing, leading, and mentoring employees with a track record of applying critical thinking and emotional intelligence skills in a wide variety of situations is needed.
