With $470 million in assets, located in St. Louis, Missouri, this position will lead the Credit Union's overall human resources strategy and responsible for the direct oversight of all human resources functions. The oversight areas will include talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, retention management, training, benefits, and talent acquisition.  

The new leader will be a pivotal contributor to the conceptual implementation of the organization's inclusion team while developing appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the organization's employee resources. This individual must have the proven ability to strategically and tactically evaluate HR-related programs and initiatives based on the Credit Union's mission and vision.  

A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business-related field, seven to ten years of director-level or higher management experience, is required.  Experience working within a unionized environment is desired.
