HRCU (Holy Rosary Credit Union) has an immediate opening for a Mortgage Operations Manager!  If you are seeking a new role in managing a growing mortgage division’s operation and passionate about making a difference, this opportunity is for you!

With $340 million in assets, located in Rochester, New Hampshire, with multiple branches in the NH Seacoast with the field of membership in New Hampshire and York County, Maine, the incoming Manager will have direct oversight in the development of processing procedures, systems to expedite the delivery of mortgage loans from processing to underwriting to the sale of mortgage loans to the secondary market.  

The incumbent will be accountable for exercising prudence, skill, and judgment in the extension of credit to members by maintaining thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements with all Federal and State compliance policies.

Knowledge of the secondary market and experience with first and second mortgage residential real estate lending, with a proven track record of selling and servicing loans, is required. A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized certification or licensing is needed. Proven skills managing a staff of mortgage professionals is required.
