Digital Federal Credit Union (DCU) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fraud and BSA Manager to provide strategic oversight and execution of DCU’s Fraud and BSA Program. 

With assets over $9.5 billion, located in Marlborough, Massachusetts, the incoming leader will establish priorities focusing on mitigating losses, protecting the credit union’s assets, and reducing risk while focusing on improving efficiencies and program analytics.

Reporting to the SVP, Enterprise Services, this individual will create and collaborate with other business divisional leaders to implement controls consistent with the credit union’s business objectives without impacting the member experience.

A minimum of five years of Fraud prevention and BSA/AML experience in the financial services industry and a proven track record of the accomplishment of designing, implementing, and administrating fraud programs is required.  Excellent analytical skills are essential in this role.  A Bachelor’s degree and credit union/bank experience is preferred.
