HRCU (Holy Rosary Credit Union) has created a fantastic position for a Business Development Officer to engage and establish existing and new member/customer relationships with the additional counties the Credit Union serves. 

With assets approaching $390 million, located in the Seacoast of New Hampshire, this individual will create a business development strategy focusing on enhancing the Credit Union's suite of products and creating opportunities with prospective members/customers.  The goal is to increase financial growth and foster strong relationships with clients.

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for partnering with key individuals within the Credit Union to research and identify new markets and the financial needs of their current and future members.  The incoming officer will be required to build long-term relationships and provide trustworthy feedback on an ongoing basis through various business channels supported by the Credit Union.

A Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant experience with a minimum of three years of sales experience is required.  Exceptional communication verbal and written communication skills are essential in the role. Business lending experience a plus.
