Digital Federal Credit Union (DCU) has an immediate opportunity for an Operations Team Leader to join its Digital Investment Services Team!  

With assets of approximately $10 billion, the role will be located in  Chelmsford, Massachusetts office reporting to the Manager of Digital Investment Services.  The incoming leader will establish and monitor internal controls surrounding business processing, oversee back office procedures, and develop efficiencies.

This individual will be responsible for the supervision of operational staff to include daily review and verification on quality assurance levels within the team and ensure the handling of client calls and requests is appropriately managed according to policy.

A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in business, with a minimum of 3-5 years of previous customer service experience. A collaborative approach, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills are necessary to succeed in this position.  FINRA Series 7, 66, or 63 and 65 licenses must be active.
