We Florida Financial, located in Margate, Florida, with assets surpassing $760 million, is calling for an SVP/Chief Financial Officer to empower the organization by executing strategic programs and ensuring alignment with the Credit Unions' sentiments of valuing members as neighbors, not numbers. The SVP/Chief Financial Officer will be the authoritative figure for the Credit Union's overall vision, planning, and leadership in financial performance and competitiveness.

The incoming SVP/Chief Financial Officer will be held accountable for the overall direction and administration of the Credit Union's accounting and financial operations. This individual will oversee the credit union's budgetary operations and reporting of financial records. In addition, the SVP/CFO will presume that all applicable federal and state regulations and Credit Union policies and procedures comply with internal and external regulators. The SVP/Chief Financial Officer will preside over all government tax forms, payments, financial and operational audits. This executive will encourage member appreciation and establish a high standard for product quality, delivery, and member service.

A Bachelor's degree in language, math, or reasoning skills is required. A prerequisite of eight to ten years of experience in a related field with equal responsibilities. Knowledge of financial services, investments, asset and liability management, budget development, financial statements, and HR-related regulations is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. A CCUE, CPA, or CMA designation is desirable.
