Located in Margate, Florida, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, We Florida Financial is seeking a project manager to join its team!

The Project Manager's primary function in this role is to oversee corporate-level operations projects. Some of the responsibilities of the project manager include developing project plans, leading project teams, and managing projects to the successful implementation by entirely using job-relevant technical, service, and leadership skills; maintaining/updating and seeking to enhance those skills. The leadership team at We Florida Financial is encouraged to make decisions within designated policies and amplify the organization's work culture. 

A two-year college level of language, math, and reasoning skills, or five years’ experience in a related field with equal responsibilities is required. Oral and written communication skills are needed. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are required. A Project Manager Certification (PMP) is desired.
