Located in San Diego, California, with an asset size of $10.8 billion, San Diego County Credit Union (SDCCU) is seeking to fill the position of Vice President, Card Services. SDCCU has over 425,000 members and is one of San Diego's leading financial institutions, with 43 branches located in San Diego, Riverside, and Orange Counties. 

 The Vice President, Card Services will develop, communicate, and execute short- and long-term card services initiatives. The incoming individual will coordinate and manage the department's functions and duties while also adhering to the organization's quality service requirements. This individual will oversee the rewards programs, card production, instant issuance, prepaid card program, and manage the processes of the ATM and Visa functions. The new leader will constantly seek innovative solutions and refine card services' techniques to enhance the member experience. This individual will need to embrace a high-performing culture and is committed to achieving SDCCU's mission by creating a work environment that fosters trust and transparency.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience plus a minimum of two years of increasing levels of responsibility in the financial services industry, including Branch Operations or Visa/ATM operations, is required. Five plus years of management experience and demonstrated knowledge of the standards and compliance requirements affecting Visa Rules and Regulations, Plastic Card Industry (PCI) Compliance is needed. Organizational skills sufficient to successfully manage multiple projects, establish priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is essential in this role.
