Kessler Federal Credit Union is searching for a dynamic and forward-thinking HR leader to become their next Vice President, Human Resources

Keesler Federal Credit Union is the largest Mississippi-based Credit Union and one of the largest credit unions in the Southeast. With over $4.3 billion in assets, 39 branches, and 280,000 worldwide members, Keesler Federal Credit Union strives to provide sound financial services for its members.

Reporting to the President/Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President, Human Resources will develop policies and direct and coordinate all human resource activities, including but not limited to staffing, employment, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and strategic planning. This position will collaborate with the Executive Management Team and the Board of Directors to cultivate the company's vision and mission while providing strategic oversight in developing and implementing policies and procedures for the organization. The incumbent will drive talent and organizational development, performance management, and succession planning throughout the organization while establishing guidelines that meet the business initiatives set by the Credit Union.

A Bachelor's degree, plus eight to ten years of similar or related experience with extensive generalist experience in Human Resources, including Personnel Administration, Compensation, Benefits, Training, Payroll, and Employee Relations, is required in this role. Demonstrated progressive managerial experience and technological expertise in HRIS systems are highly desirable. SPHR and/or PHR certification are preferred.
